Payment

Before the construction of any garment a deposit is required. All deposits are non-refundable. Once your deposit is received work on your garment will begin. Full payment must be received before the garment is mailed out. If the remaining balance on a completed garment is due and is not paid in full within a month of completion the garment becomes up for sale to another potential client.

Returns

Generally we do not accept returns however in the event if we do accept a return the original garment must be returned. We do not provide return shipping for the original garment. You also will be held responsible for an additional deposit. This additional deposit is equal to the original deposit, as a new garment may have to be constructed if changes cannot be made to returned garment. Any other construction changes will change pricing as well. Prices are subject to change without notice during construction of garment.

Shipping

There are two shipping methods used either standard shipping or expedited shipping. All shipping cost are calculated and totaled into the initial estimate.
